Insurance
I accept Aetna, Cigna (starting 2022), Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, and United Medical Resources (UMR). If you are not covered by these insurers payment is out-of-pocket.
Please keep in mind, coaching services are not covered by insurance and most insurers do not cover relationship counseling as these services are not viewed as a “medical necessity.” Currently, to work with individuals who are unable to afford my rates, I offer two options:
Sliding-scale fee
Out-of-network reimbursement (for those with a PPO plan who would like to get reimbursed by their insurers)
I will try my best to make therapy accessible to you.
Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

I accept payment by cash or credit card at the time of service.

Professional Consulting ($250)
Assessment call is required to determine needs
For schools, agencies, organizations, or institutions seeking transformative justice and conflict mediation
I operate from a lens of social justice and racial equity to support individuals, communities, and organizations. In our work together, we will expand your capacity to challenge the internal and external systems of oppression you inhabit in order to create transformational, systemic, and sustainable change. This work is often intellectualized and abstracted, but in order for a lasting transformation to take place this work must be felt from your heart, not your mind. Discomfort is a natural product of this work, so you will learn to sit with and communicate through these complex feelings. Your core values internally and organizationally will be defined and examined to assess if they are in alignment with the greater good you are working to achieve. Ultimately you will come to understand your privilege as an individual and a leader in your organization, and learn to wield your power in a way that creates racial and social equity.
If we interrogate and transform the institutional policies and practices that continue to exclude and impact people of color, specifically Black individuals, and we vigilantly unpack and dismantle our systems of racism, we will create an institutional culture in which every community member thrives. I am passionate about this work and look forward to our partnership.
